Coming from a background of social psychology, I like to dig deep into the "why" and "how" of user behavior to make sure my designs are both functional and empathetic.
I believe that great design starts with simplicity, making things easy to use while meeting user needs and business goals.
With 4 years in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry in a technical role, I'm able to define and explain complex technical processes to a user level, as well as understanding the business and user's needs. I've also worked cross-collaboratively - notably with engineering, product and customer support teams, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience was considered and optimized.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me playing games rich in story lore (Kingdom Hearts or Elden Ring), cycling or attending live music events.
